Apparently my package has been sitting at my local depot since last tuesday and its now Friday so must be coming via a tortoise.

This is the worst website to try track a parcel frustrating aint the word

each time no package is delivered claiming no one was there

They would get zero stars if possible. Systems are shocking, 100% issues every time any parcel delivered by them. Truly awful experience and company

3rd time I have had to use this courier and late delivery again, package 4 day's late. I shop with Amazon a lot and this is the only courier that has been inefficient. Would NEVER use them by choice.

Totally unreliable courier service.

first,got a tracking number but cannot track it for days. and second, i get a number for the uk but live in germany. so what is this? did you send it into the false country? when reading the reviews here: it is the same in germany. deliveries too late, to a false address, handingout to neighbours when not wanted etc. avoid hermes at all cost. cannot understand ebay working together with them within the global shipping programme. a hassle, EVERYTIME

Almost every delivery with problems

Everything that gets delivered with Hermes gets delayed, delayed and more delayed. Joke of a company

Was meant to get a delivery a week ago and the status hasn’t changed from saying my parcel couldn’t be delivered! Lost! Rude delivery person, not very helpful

Terrible company and service! Wouldn't have ordered this item if I had known the seller used Hermes. I have long since lost all faith in this company. What are they playing at???? My parcel is over a week late saying rain has stopped deliveries today! What will be the excuse tomorrow?

They say I wasn’t in when they tried to deliver when 4 people where are home and we have a Ring doorbell which wasn’t used!?

Dreadful delivery service. Never deliver to my door. If I can I get it delivered to a parcel shop instead!

Waited 2 weeks for item still no parcel terrible company please listen and avoid
