I don't want to give this farce company any stars two parcels in one week they have supposedly delivered but pic on one shows just parcel on black floor ( no black flooring in my home or building) and no photos for second, will NEVER USE OR BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT USES HERMES, I'm out of pocket and no apologies or anything, no coincidence that no one seems to be getting parcels down my way from Hermes, these people live in security camerabuildings like myself

Parcel advised is at Delivery Depot since 17/11/2022 it’s now 24/11/2022 still it remains there. No delivery. They may change their name to EVRi but the service remains VERi crap.

Horrendous service my parcel was at the local depot for 10days and message always says sorry it's delayed we will let you know when we can deliver! I am not very sceptical of ordering anything that may be delivered by Hermes or evri..I'm surprised they are still in business

Parcel not delivered waited for 3 days on raw says delivery where no contact name or number. Need to know where have been delivered & delivery proof. Very bad service seller contacted to send replacement for LOL H03CEA0000985678 I don’t mind publishing on social media.

Multiple parcels have been lost/ claimed to be delivered by this company, I’d give them zero stars if I could, should be closed down and banned from trading under any name.

So angry my little boys party is on Sunday waiting for something for it and my parcel was ment to be here on Friday still not then it changed to Sunday still not here and I’ve had no updates what so ever

I can't remember one positive experience I have had with Hermes deliveries. They are either days late, delivered to the wrong address or not even delivered. Why businesses still use them as their delivery service is beyond me. The stress and frustration their poor service causes for customers is unnecessary, and very poor customer services.

Rubbish service yet again, told where to leave parcel and still not received. 1 week late.

Rubbish!!.. item was suppose tinarrive within 48 hours! It's been over a week and can't even get to talk to anyone!!!!

Claiming to have delivered my parcel but I have not received it

I waited for an hour after I was sent a message that the package would be delivered at 8:00 pm. Nothing was delivered after I went out to throw the trash in the bin I saw a package left behind the flower pot without being told where it was left. I'm very disappointed.
