Needs to be closed down. Appauling comoany. If, as a mechant or seller of goods, you use this company as your chosen couriers, then I refuse to give you my cystom.

They have had my parcel 3 days and still no delivery to my address

Never arrived the parcel and it’s shows delivered the items. Every one should avoid this service

Terrible! Can’t contact them at all! I work during the day so am not home during delivery times! I left a clear note on the door asking them to leave it at the doorstep, but still they didn’t leave it. Not being able to contact them at all is the most annoying.

Worst possible company ever

3 days now, saying delivery before 8pm not been out door in case parcel arrives then saying delivery next day, what a joke you all are

If i could leave a minus star i would. Hermes has to be the worst delivery company out there. Its almost as bad as delivering an oven ready brexit.

Bad service. Was due a package last Friday and still waiting.

I've never had any problems with my items being delivered on time so far I am awaiting a delivery Friday so we will see how this one goes

I am amazed anyone uses this company, they are useless. Whenever I buy anything online and I see hermes/evri are the courier my heart just sinks. I have had so many parcels go missing through hermes

Absolutely awful company don't even deliever parcels as they say they have and give u no calling card customer service is a joke if I could give zero stars I would
