Worst service and no communication whatsoever. No info on package for 8 days now

Have been processing my order at their „local depot” for almost a week now!!! The worst delivery company ever!!

Rubbish service...wish i knew these muppets was delivering, i would av cancelled..

By far the worst! If I had known they were the delivery company I would have bought elsewhere

I ordered two packages, none of them arrived on time and it is a delay longer than one day, you do not know when the items will arrive, you do not keep the delivery time

Absolutely gutted how this company gets the business I’ll never know I stopped getting stuff from a supplier as they used these to deliver, gutted when I saw this parcel was being delivered by them and yet again no updates and they have let me down again Now I’ll have a little 6 year old boy with no birthday present ?

It states my parcel was delivered to an enclosed porch, i dont have a porch!

Wish I'd checked who was going to deliver my package. Otherwise, I would have sent my cat to pick it up. Not once have I had a successful delivery. I have no idea why Amazon use these muppets! Says that it's due at 8pm and it's now 7:30pm. The only thing I'm confident about is that it's not going to be here. Awful company!

Very poor service twice they said they had tried to deliver my parcel whilst I was home all day and I’m still waiting for it to delivered

Worst courier service ever ! They have had my item since the 2nd of November. Supposed to have arrived on the 4th but it is still not on its way ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Parcel just delivered to me in the dark, when got into the lit hall seen parcel had been opened (Amazon tape been cut down the middle and clear taped back up, box severely damaged open and loose and torn with a hole down one side of it. Never had a delivery package like It !

No knock on the door or ringing of the door bell waited all day to then get a email attempted so when did you try that

If I had know hermes was delivering it then I would have ordered from elsewhere.

I was sent a message saying they tried to deliver which is a lie no one came i have door came since then I have been requesting another call to arrange a delivery but have had no lucky its now day three still trying to find a human to speak to about my delivery with no luck as of yet

Didnt even get my parcel
