Obviously no one at Hermes actually reads these reviews. If they did, their ratings might be a bit higher. For the record, my current order is three days late. Not the first time this has happened. No stars, if I could. One is over generous.

Never had a problem with the delivery of my parcels

Absolutely terrible. Received a text to say my parcel was attempted to be delivered, but I was in all day and have checked my cctv. No attempt was made.

My parcels always get delayed by this company. Best use Royal Mail from now on.

Fuming: apparently they delivered my parcel, no email to say so, I only found out by checking Amazon and then the Hermes website for tracking number. Said it’s been delivered but no sign of it anywhere. So likely been stolen off my doorstep or thrown in someone’s garden by Hermes. Fuming is an understatement so that was a waste of money and no item ever found

The most pathetic delivery service in the country. My mood changes for the worse when i get notified that the courier is hermes. Nothing but a bad experience EVERY TIME. I have had 3 attempted deliveries while ive been inside my house, all of which the delivery driver didnt choose to press the doorbell. Or even leave the parcel in the box outside dedicated for parcels when im not home. Ridiculous

Had a card saying parcel left in side entry looked for it no parcel now saying my tracking number isn't valid not very happy

Parcel never turner sup with all my kids Christmas stuff no customers services to speak to no email address to right to £200 pound down

Amazing I have always had a polite delivery drive and have always helped with the parcels thank you

Attempted delivery. What with a 15 feet driveway to much for you was it. With 2 dogs barking and cctv. No you didn't Attempt. Worst company in the world, 1 star is a compliment

Terrible got out of van without parcel made no attempt to know and stuffed a card through letterbox with no contact details on banged on van window and drove off

Awful, delivery is nearly week and a half late and still counting ..where is my parcel? never send by Hermes it is ridiculous!!!

Terrible service, never on time and always say next working day, this company should not be in buisness, why do company's use them ?
