Well they can deliver Studio parcels to my address with no problem, but find it impossible to find my address location for Amazon delivery, repeatedly trying to deliver else where eg. to a house (I don't live in a house) to M6 Viaduct (who the heck lives there?) They may have changed name to Evri, but now theres no contactable customer services they can ensure no complaints and 100% service in their eyes!

Truly wish you could give these guys minus stars - they would be top of the tree! Thoroughly useless. My supplier's been great, but has still sent my replacement goods by Hermes ? supposedly, ha ha, to arrive by Thursday 17th November, so, don't suppose that will be arriving any time soon (14th November today). Why do businesses use this company??? They are a total disappointment. Dreadful. Now to wait for the non-delivery and start 'the chase' yet again ??
