No tracking updates for 5 days. Late as apparently wallpaper tiles are bigger than expected and need a specialist to deliver something a child could throw about with ease. Joke of a company

If I could leave 0 stars I would says my parcel has been delivered not me me it's not, even the pic they took to say it has been delivered..... That's not even my door step WHAT A JOKE

Waiting for amazon parcel for 2 weeks. Tracking number not updated. Not good, still waiting for updates

Excellent as always

It takes longer for Hermes to deliver a package than it takes China to ship it to the UK. My order through Amazon was shipped from China 27th October arrived at Hermes facility 9th November and since then there has been no updates or attempted delivery to me. Amazon are advising its possible Hermes have lost my parcel but I've got to wait until the 18th November before I can request refund and then I'll have to reorder. Hermes have been declined for months and reviews are getting worse but they don't seem to be doing anything to improve matters. Whereas Yodel seem to be going from strength to strength. Don't know why Amazon continues to use Hermes/Evri because its just giving Amazon a bad name now. I'm not holding out much hope of receiving my order but haven't totally given up hope just yet.

Horrible didn't receive or damages but now my delivery day was last week and still nothing I'm very angry

I haven't received my delivery. You are fraud! You give to a stranger with no contact details or anyone to contact with. I want to speak with your customer service pls. Very unprofessional! 0 is the rating

Rubbish delivery company stay away 1 week now still have not received my parcel

Payed £11 for delivery shipped on 10th at this present time it's still processing after 5 days total shambolic service never use again.

Hermes ( now changed to Evri) is a still super service. Brilliants and wonderful courrier but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to name him so I'll just say he's a great loyal courrier and thank you very much !

I have to say that I had no issues with delivery, in fact it arrived sooner than expected. Thanks Hermes good job ?.

Always found to be reliable

Item was left on my doorstep , didn't even bother to knock on my door . When I checked tracking information they claimed it had been left in a secure porch . I DON'T have a porch . Left on my doorstep in the open . Luckily I found the package before anybody else walking past . Not impressed that not only could they not actually knock but they lied about it after .
