Crap what more can I say no updates in 4 days I would never use hermes it would be quicker to walk and pick it up myself

Another failed delivery from Hermes. No sign of my parcel but apparently left with a neighbour? Hermes you are a joke, I can’t believe people actually still use this ‘service’. You simply can’t make it up…. This is honestly the worst delivery service ever.

Box was totally squashed. But not sure if it’s the seller or the care it was handled with

It says my parcel was delivered to my neighbour..no picture, no card , no information of which neighbour despite the fact that there is 30 houses around and where the f...am I supposed to go to find where my parcel is....go around and chase my parcel knocking on doors asking for parcel....f....ridiculous

My parcel has been in the sorting office for 10 days. Ridiculous. Giving you 1 star out of generosity.

Company is a joke trying to changing your name won't help you say you attempted delivery yesterday but no slip you text saying you will be in touch Wednesday 16th so I go out 15th only for you to say you attempted delivery 15th and now my parcel is going back to sender

Still not recieved my parcel, its been stuck in one of your depots for a week now, just wondering if ill ever get it ☹️

What's the point in prime next day delivery when not only is it not promised for the next day but when it gets to the depot they delay it and don't give an actual reason for it.

Amazon advised collecting damaged TV in 2 working days hermes came in 1 day left a note with no info on went on tracking said being collected still nothing someone been there all day

Parcel was ment to be delivered yesterday still not arrived very unhappy

Terrible parcel was out for delivery yesterday 14th November between 12.30 and 1.30 really still not received today the 15th and its now 17.15pm

This company is not good enough to reach a rating of ****** useless

Been sat in 2 days waiting for a parcel that has been in there depot for 2 days and still no news when I'll get it

If i could give less i would have done not my usual delivery person left my parcel outside in the rain with the bag ripped open so everything inside soaking wet no card or message to say it had been delivered really not happy
