He's the worst of the worst. Said that he had tried to deliver at a particular time! The camera says other! It's not the 1st time I've had issues with him.

Waiting on parcel that I paid next day delivery for and its still at the depot. Not the service that is expected.

Had a day off work to receive a delivery that was due today 16th November 2022 still waiting even time this happens with this company

When Hermes decide to deliver your parcel to a neighbour.. why don’t they drop you a card informing you exactly which neighbour has your parcel please?? That way you can collect your parcel yourself instead of expecting the kind neighbour to deliver it.

No delivery very angry. My parcel is at the delivery depot but hasn't got any further in 2 days

Not a fan,been waiting in forever for a few packages that say being delivered today by 8pm.but NOsign of them and no updates.each day it's been saying that and yet no package..this is the worst corriers ever they should all be sacked

Outrageously bad customer service. Impossibly difficult to speak to a human. I will go out of my way when purchasing to make sure that delivery is not with this company.

Absolutely pathetic,waiting 10 days and parcel is still in their so called depot,use royal mail or amazon as they deliver next day, you could get an Albanian here quicker on a dinghy.

Says delayed on sat and be out next working day... wednesday now and still waiting for this to arrive...

Have been waiting 3 weeks now for my parcel. I guess someone has stolen it.
