For 2 days i have been waiting for my parcel both days,someone in all day driver just puts card through door no details, just saying tried 2 deliver you cant even get hold of anyone aweful service im hoping i get parcel today not holding my breath and yes,someone will be here all day

Shocking company so far lost most of my Christmas parcels how can so many parcels go missing

It's a shame you can't give zero stars. The driver threw the package in front of the house and ran away. The package is obviously damaged. I do not recommend this company at all.

Tracking stated if was out on delivery. I waited. It's now two days over and now tracking says unable to deliver due to business being shut. !! Im not a business. Will now be checking who courier is before buying. If it's Hermes I will look elsewhere. Simply sick of this company.

Parcel was due on Tuesday then Wednesday. Tradesman booked in for Thursday but no goods have appeared.

Never come across such a useless company. I've never had anything delivered on time with hermes.
