Terrible service. Has said it is out for delivery for the last two days then updates saying we can’t deliver but we will tomorrow then still nothing.

Twice they had my parcel to be delivered to local shop it was a disabled aid for my wife to go on holiday we've now had to cancel then parcel as will be off and now won't receive in time also company who sold it now has to reimburse me

Told there was an access issue when I spent the day at home waiting for delivery -blatant lie

Left an empty card so I know they tried to deliver some thing but there's no mention of where they delivered to and no number to call

Just because of rain my parcel has been put off for another day company/most of their drivers are an absolute joke

From Saturday to wait for the package and lie that I was not at home - a joke! I didn't get any card that the courier was there hahaha but on the website saying that I wasn't there. It was supposed to arrive on Monday, but it turned out that the package was too big to deliver! Question... On Saturday, the package was small? Grown over the weekend? And like today they were at 8:25 in the morning and I wasn't there! I was and am home! I've been home since Saturday because I'm on holidays! And I didn't get any card that there was someone... They just lie... They make people stupid! And now my package is returning to the owner... Pathetic! All other packages arrived this week, only problem with them!

They never deliver if at all

You are kidding me!!! I've been home all week since Saturday!!! Nobody was there! All other packages arrived, even from ikea! Only you are making fun of me!

Great delivery man. Always on time and so polite. If I’m not in he leaves parcel in a secure place.

After an ‘Attempted delivery’ my parcel is tagged as ‘on hold’ through Amazon, apparently they would attempt to deliver the next working day but no sign of them. My friend works for Hermes and said they don’t even have the parcel?!
