So frustrating. The tracking says my parcel has been delivered when it hasnt. Try to ring the customer service which is automated and can't understand the 1st 3 digits of the tracking number. These are very sentimental and valuable items. I'm so upset and can't get anywhere!!!!

Very poor service avoid

Delivery late, too late!! Had to rethink options!! Two messages from delivery, one saying attempted, yet was in all day, second, there was a delay in delivery, and will happen soon!!! Not good enough!!

Never had a problem with your deliveries the drivers are always helpful

The tracking is rubbish, it says they could not deliver and then next time I checked the tracking it had only just arrived at the depot. My wife's package yesterday was thrown over the back fence and ended up in our compost heap and no card through door to say it had been thrown over the fence

The worst delivery company ever I've had parcels never turn up and you don't do anything about it my parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but it wasn't my partner stayed in all day waiting for no reason you don't even have the decency to contact people and tell them the parcel won't be arriving if I'd known that hermes were the delivery company I would not have ordered from this company

Not impressed message says driver had trouble geting to the address if I lived in tin buck to I could understand but I live up a perfectly good street so whats the problem will be going down to branch in person in the morning and it had better be there or there is going to be hell to pay not impressed

Hermes are the worst courier company alongside yodel. My parcel gets delivered to the wrong address each time.. I now ask sellers which courier they use before purchasing and if it's one of these two, I refuse to purchase

My item is saying delivery in the safe place back door never see the parcel and the back door is for all the people live her is not my back door and I been at home all this time and the item never been delivery
