No knock on the door or ringing of the door bell waited all day to then get a email attempted so when did you try that

If I had know hermes was delivering it then I would have ordered from elsewhere.

I was sent a message saying they tried to deliver which is a lie no one came i have door came since then I have been requesting another call to arrange a delivery but have had no lucky its now day three still trying to find a human to speak to about my delivery with no luck as of yet

Didnt even get my parcel

Absolutely the worst couriers you could use. Shockingly poor service.

parcels nearly always late they dont udate their tracking would not reccomend

I have always received my parcels from Hermes we have the same delivery driver every time I have ordered and Hermes has been the carrier the delivery driver is so pleasant and never leaves my parcels anywhere if I am not in he will bring parcel back later on lovely gentleman

EBay laptop still not delivered, a week late and no update! Bloody useless!

The parcel is already 3 days behind schedule and the tracking page is quite useless.

Rubbish service when trying to find missing parcels and I have not had a parcel arrive yet. Don’t bother using.

Hermes/Evri impossible but people I buy from still use them.
