Absolutel shambles of a company. Zero customer service and zero chance of your parcel arriving on time if it arrives at all!

They said my parcel ? was delivered at 9.00 last night, we were both in and no parcel. They are getting bad

parcel as been at the depot was sent to since the 13th still not left there and it's the 18th snail could of fetched it quicker all parcels I ordered same day or after have got here

Bad service bad delivery time

That worse delivery service they’re try to do delivery until 21:30pm midnight

My parcel never arrived. Not updating any information about it for more than a week when it had just to be delivered to me it was a delay for 24hours but is a week already with no new informations. Me and the seller could not get in touch with anyone only robot or email after 5 days, never received anu answer back...

Absolute crap. Parcels go missing or get so far then disappear, try track and tracking number doesn't exist

Only courier that seems incapable of delivering a parcel… my parcel is still missing 10 days after due delivery date!! Why do companies still insist on using this useless courier!

Since Hermes has changed it's name to Evri the service has become abominable. I now have two outstanding parcels. One is 10 days overdue and the other is currently 2 days overdue. There are untruths recorded on their tracking system saying they have attempted to deliver, but I know this is untrue as I have a camera on my gate which records everyone coming up to and through it and I am at home all day. They said they would update me with a email by a certain date but it never arrived. I have no clue where either of my parcels are or if they are ever likely to be delivered. It is a complete and utter shambles!
