Tracking has not been updated for nearly a week and parcel still not received. Disgraceful servicev

My parcel sent to wrong depot. The tracking is never updated .still waiting for my parcel & no updates for days .not good

Well they can deliver Studio parcels to my address with no problem, but find it impossible to find my address location for Amazon delivery, repeatedly trying to deliver else where eg. to a house (I don't live in a house) to M6 Viaduct (who the heck lives there?) They may have changed name to Evri, but now theres no contactable customer services they can ensure no complaints and 100% service in their eyes!

Driver just dumped parcel in drive way & didn't even bother to ring door bell

I ordered a item you said it was Delivered and I signed for it i didn’t and haven’t received it i not a very pleased

Truly wish you could give these guys minus stars - they would be top of the tree! Thoroughly useless. My supplier's been great, but has still sent my replacement goods by Hermes ? supposedly, ha ha, to arrive by Thursday 17th November, so, don't suppose that will be arriving any time soon (14th November today). Why do businesses use this company??? They are a total disappointment. Dreadful. Now to wait for the non-delivery and start 'the chase' yet again ??

The guy who delivers in this area is very rude and uncooperative.

Waste of time order never came

Usual lost item. Last one was a Portchester lego which 'was lost' between the van on my door. Terrible company relying on cheap imported workforce

Obviously no one at Hermes actually reads these reviews. If they did, their ratings might be a bit higher. For the record, my current order is three days late. Not the first time this has happened. No stars, if I could. One is over generous.

Never had a problem with the delivery of my parcels

Absolutely terrible. Received a text to say my parcel was attempted to be delivered, but I was in all day and have checked my cctv. No attempt was made.

My parcels always get delayed by this company. Best use Royal Mail from now on.

Fuming: apparently they delivered my parcel, no email to say so, I only found out by checking Amazon and then the Hermes website for tracking number. Said it’s been delivered but no sign of it anywhere. So likely been stolen off my doorstep or thrown in someone’s garden by Hermes. Fuming is an understatement so that was a waste of money and no item ever found

The most pathetic delivery service in the country. My mood changes for the worse when i get notified that the courier is hermes. Nothing but a bad experience EVERY TIME. I have had 3 attempted deliveries while ive been inside my house, all of which the delivery driver didnt choose to press the doorbell. Or even leave the parcel in the box outside dedicated for parcels when im not home. Ridiculous
