Very slow delivery, my item has been at the depot for 7 days now. They've not attempted to deliver at all. Do not use this courier. 2 items gone missing ??

Very friendly,professional,on time, parcel arrived in perfect condition

My parcel is at their depot apparently, been their for a week now. Should have been delivered last week. I emailed and complained, hot an email back saying they would respond to MY email soon.....that was 3 days ago. They need closing down. Why would companies ever trust this firm to deliver their goods?

Worse service , I think personally, companies should rethink before using them. They are unreliable

Hermes you keep saying you've attempted delivery!!!! When actually you haven't even been anywhere near my house!! I was actually standing chatting on my doorstep when one of these alleged attempted deliveries took place. Ridiculous.

Absolute incompetent fools. Been waiting over a week for parcel which was sent to the wrong depot. It’s allegedly sitting in my local depot. Would have been quicker to collect it myself ????

Omg I wish we could give a negative, you are a complete joke how you are still trading is beyond me ,if you can't make a delivery because you run out of time you should make the delivery priority the next day but no you just change it to the following week omg talk about incompetent

I knew the moment I read who was delivering my order it was not going to arrive on time! Told by 1811.22, today told arrive by 8pm and nothing!! granddaughters birthday and her gift , check tracking and still being processed expected 23-28th, letting both sellers and buyers down!! Dont order anything that delivered by them, not first time happened to me and wouldnt have order if knew before hand! No stars really!!!

You really should be forced to shut down and fire every idiot that works for you, my heart sinks every time I see the seller I have bought from is using your service.. it can't be that hard, why would your drivers leave a parcel in the rain in a garden when we was in, why are deliveries always late or don't arrive or left in a bin... change your name to herpes because you really are a disease

Utter shit. Parcel sent to me tuesday Parcel meant to be with me today (Friday). Now saying its going to be next Tuesday. A whole week. Fucking retards working there

Would have put no star rating if possible. I had a parcel delivered whilst at work had a message from ebay to confirm this, checked the tracking and it said delivered to a neighbour, with no card through the door saying which one , I think I've got to go around knocking on doors and waiting for other neighbours to come home from work. Total numpties

Can’t give zero stars unfortunately delivered today as that’s what I paid for looked at the tracking agin an now say at depo thank you ever so much cost me more time off work !
