Did not put package where we asked and didn’t give a clue as to where they put it when trying to find out resulting in package getting soaked. Do not rate the individual that delivered at all. Can’t select zero

The worst delivery company ever. Never ever delivered on time. I have previously waited for a small parcel that took 2 months to be delivered, obviously received a replacement in the meantime, which then had to be returned. Again at my previous address had a parcel thrown over my side gate which then had to be returned because it was broken. I cannot understand why companies still use Hermes.

Rubbish yet again missed the delivery slot once again come on hermes sort it out this happens far to often your service is rubbish

Hermes worst delivery company ever. I was waiting for the parcel even left the front door open and they never arrived. As usual said they had problem with acces. I hope never deal with this company again.

Still waiting on parcel they received 5 days ago....

I’m not an impatient person. However I do believe it’s been over a week since my parcel was expected.

Bad service bad delivery time

I was at home waiting whole day and I’ve got the message they attempted delivery but unfortunately no one was at home. Seriously?! I would be grateful if someone at least tried to deliver my parcel on time. Of course terrible problems to call and check what’s going on because offices are already closed. No online assistant as well… worst service ever!

this courier is an absolute nightmare. I was supposed to receive my item on November 14th, it's been in the depot for 4 days and it looks like I won't be getting it anytime soon. You should not trust this company for your supplies at all. It must be closed! I pressed one stars, because there haven’t 0, that the firm deserves!

liars and cheaters, where's my package

Worst ever! States that my parcel has been delivered on sellers website but then upon checking the tracking number there are delays so who is telling the truth here??

Never coming in time

You say you delivered my parcel on the 12th November but you didn't you say it was pushed through the letter box but the item would not go through the letter box where is my parcel
