Been waiting for my scooter not Evan been delivered and still waiting

Used to be a good service with deliveries taking 3 days from dispatch to delivery. Absolutely rubbish since Evri took over.

Why can't we leave a minus number of stars however that would still be marking this company too high. I've stopped using companies that use them as their courier you'd think that the likes of Marks and Spencer and Next could find a better company

Absolutely terrible customer service. Not sure how they're still in business. Businesses should avoid using this company as it will lose them customers by the droves. If I purchase a product, and I see Hermes/evri is the courier, I do t bother

Not happy my parcel should have been delivered nearly 5 days ago?

Left neighbor’s package and claimed my one is delivered. Sad…

Most people only review to moan .. Our local courier is well known in our Area. I cannot fault her. Works extremely hard ..especially at Christmas.

Absolutely rubbish a courier service is all about delivering as fast as possible ,not telling waiting customers about delays ,doubt you'll be in business much longer dreadfull
