My hear sank as soon as I found out Hermes were handling to parcel. Worst delivery service ever

I don't think they even deserve that 1 star. The most useless tracking service, with the most inaccurate information I on, and sometimes lies. They say their driver tried delivering and no one was home, will try tomorrow. But I was home and my security camera showed no one came. This happened several times. And they say an item will be delivered around lunch time, and not its 7:30pm and nothing yet. An absolute rubbish and unreliable service Hermes... No o e will blame you if you're late, but you always choose to lie and present false information.

Late as always. Why the hell do sellers use them.

Lost parcel twice now

Never had a problem so far. Same woman each time. Always a polite smile and a good morning. Hope it's always her.

I was not helping with the delivery driver.because I was in the kitchen he didn't knock the the door he just posted a card. I know for a fact he didn't knock cause I have a dog and she would have barked if he did

Always late and puts parcels in my food bin!

Just sooooo ssslllooowww... Item bought and paid for, delay of a week, then accepted by gateway..then a delay of 4 days before collection, no indication of where it is now..pretty pathetic service all round.

You have had my parcel for over 12 days now why this courier is useless

This company is going downhill fast. Shocking services lately. I've used hermes for years and not had many problems until recently where nearly every item is going amiss.

Hermes received my package on 11th November. Still waiting for it 21st November. Terrible service

When I was asked if I would trust a monkey to delivery my parcels, I responded hermes should trade up and hire some, at least they'd have a reason to never be on time as they can't read the address and they'd probably handle the packages better
