Hermes have really triumphed this time! They have lost a mattress in their depot. Maybe all sleeping on top of it. There must be something far wrong with this organisation. When I’ve seen any Evri couriers they seem overworked and harassed. And they have to provide their own delivery vehicles. Improve conditions and get more drivers willing to work for you.

Still waiting for my return parcel to be collected as booked for 18/11/22, then 21)11/22 apparently cannot find our address, but they managed to find our address when delivering parcel on 08/12/22. @ 12:13 ?

A company that doesn't care. As many others here. My parcel is on hold for 24 hrs and 146 hrs later I'm still waiting and no one give a turd

Hermes put my eBay parcel in the system due for delivery 28 Oct. Parcel never got delivered. Buyer paid 21 Oct. Refunded mid November. Trying to get a refund from Hermes is a nightmare. Being misdirected to all sorts of sponsor advertisements is easy, even when you are not interested. Treat your customers with respect, please.

Parcels in your depot for 4 days, still not delivered! Not good enough, should have been delivered last week!!

They had a parcel since 13 November still waiting for it to be delivered

Crap company dont deliver give you delivery date then say trouble during transport they are a bunch of thief's they keep a lot of parcels and sell them on TV program was right DONT TRUST THEM

Would be zero stars if possible. Absolute useless. What service do they provide. Lie about no oe being in. Takes a week for a parcel to arrive. Royal Mail forever,!

I ordered 29th October . Still haven’t received my parcel .. customer service replies are probably automated its the same poor English every time . I would have been faster cycling to china to get it and cycling back via Antartica

It’s been nearly two weeks and no sign of my parcel. First time this happened!! Please get this sorted as I really want to just cancel the whole order but can’t as it’s said it’s been shipped and this was 2 weeks ago.
