Again awful service my parcel delayed again! This time its in the wrong depot how are these still going I don’t know! Really bad!

Next day delivery was promised - 4 days later and still no delivery and no indication when it will be delivered either.

Tracking system totally useless .get parcel delivered then half hour later email states it's on the way

The worst delivery service what I have ever worked with! Delivery guys never care about the parcels, I always got damaged box and of course it happened again with my parcel but they decided to deliver to me! I wasn't at home and they left it at somewhere but of course didn't drop ticket at which neighbour......no words how angry I am!

Awful service. Parcel should be here today. Ordered in plenty of time for a birthday. Not coming for a week. 0 stars not available to select

Bought something off eBay last week and it said it’ll arrive 7th-9th November, not even dispatched yet and it’s the 11th, purposely chose other courier because the other option was Hermes, turns out this option turned out to be Hermes too

Never reliable. Can’t contact anyone. Always an excuse as to why they can’t deliver.

Delivery driver left parcel in the bin which led to it getting covered in water and everything else. This is not the first time, the delivery service 9 out of 10 times is shocking and it’s normally a surprise if a package turns up with no issues. Only 1 star because I couldn’t leave 0

Disgusting service. Parcel with sensitive equipment just randomly left on the door step and claimed to delivered securely!!! ??

Would not have ordered from seller if I’d have known was going to be delivered by Hermes

Never received item from Hermes, no response to enquiry, they don't care. Refund from eBay seller.

Terrible say you put parcel in safe place why not put a note through my letter box telling me where it is just a thought not playing hide and seek just want my parcel
