See if you use Hermes as your delivery - I’m not going to buy the item - I’d rather pay more for a better delivery service - poor customer service

Should do the same as yodel and let us know how many stops away thru are

Taken nearly a week longer to deliver, and bad excuses. Eg business closed, its a house and somebody is aways in, we ha e CC TV no attempts have been made.

Not a reliable service, the company obviously have problems.

Very useless service always late and not good on updates

Every time I expect a delivery from Hermes it never arrived ,what do you do with our goods ,I would investigate if I were you ,strange how our parcels disappear

Said they received my parcel at my local depot on Sunday it’s now Thursday and still there’s a problem!! Just not good enough

Useless. My parcel has been sat in a delivery depot for over a week. As is usually the case.

Had a parcel delivered to the wrong address even though the address was clear on the parcel. I had no reply from hermes when messaged my concerns. Only way I got my parcel back was because I had to post photo on local fb group to see if anyone recognised the house. Thankfully I got it back thanks to a kind person in the group but not happy I had to knock on a strangers door. Try explaining to a young autistic girl that her Xmas present has got lost ?

I hate this I haven't got my car mats for 8 months

I am unhappy with this service they messaged that they attempted a delivery but when I checked my security camera no attempt had been made.

Poor service. I can receive my package still ,It's in depo since 28 October I don't what's going on!!!.It's really really bad service. Am not happy.

Minimal regard for fulfilling deliveries as per schedule. Too many 'missed' deliveries when drivers claim that the customer wasn't at home. If Hermes is not able to manage logistics on this scale, it simply needs to cut back on what it claims it can do. As is apparent from the current 1.31average rating from thousands of reviews, it would appear that something is badly amiss here and that it isn't in Hermes gift to remedy this.
