Not good at all no emails to apologise I mean come in eh sort it out the tracking moves fine for about 4-5 moves then goes ghost and just sits there won’t be going through here again till it’s sorted out!!

Tracking Says item is at a neighbours home, no ticket to say which one, no photos of neighbours house or person. Can't find parcel.

My parcel was delivered I didn't had any paper to say where it was and when I put the tracking number it only said that it was delivered to a neighbor but doesn't say who that is so now I have to knock all the doors of I'm neighborhood to find the parcel. Worst delivery service

Once again waited in all day only to be advised at 6 pm delivery wouldn’t be made that day

I don't understand how this company can still exist Never on time or never arrived you guys should do something The price is cheap as the company service

Worst service ever.Stayed at home Mo day for so called delivery by Evri Hermis. No delivery. Specialist delivery required parcel too large. I only ordered car mats. Got charged £6.64 for phoning to enquire no one answered.

I opted for a collection to be made and after 2 reorders due to non collection I have lost the money for goods purchased and the parcel collection fee total £47. Useless, never will I use this company again ever!!

Online sellers.. if I see that you use hermes or evri, I will avoid no matter how cheap you are.

I never had any problems with courier. All my parcels came right time.

My parcel has been at depot Since 4th Nov.should have been delivered 5th Nov. Tracking says parcel delay 48 hrs, will be delivered 7th Nov. Its Now the 9th Nov.. in My reckoning that's 96 hrs delay, WHATS GOING ON WITH THIS FIRM, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE,
