Very poor service. Delivery says kept in safe location but nobody has advised where neither did I ask for it to be dropped somewhere. The delivery status also says signed by customer. How can the item be both signed by myself and kept in a safe location. Totally unacceptable service. 0/5

Bought a item on ebay on 6/11/22 and was told i would get a collection number from hermes on the 8th because i picked the option to collect from my local argos but when i put the tracking number in it says when we have your parcel we will update the. Tracking number its like uses already did shocking company

Another delay. According to the tracking the parcel has been processed at hub 5 days ago. No sign of the parcel and no updates. Awful service

No star. Never receive my parcel

So poor,gunna avoid online shopping if its with this service

Delivery was supposed to be almost a week ago, it says it’s at their sorting centre but absolutely no clue if and when I’ll get my goods

My parcel is stuck in your so called hub for 6 days . It crossed 5 states in USA in five . You changed your name but not your dervice

Shocking service, parcels are usually damaged thats if they get delivered. Rubbish at updating tracking information.

Courier delivered to your neighbour,!!!! But which neighbour? What number? Nothing. Never send package with him

Absolutely pathetic. They admit to having my parcel at thier depot but 9 days later I'm still waiting. Not even out for delivery. Shameful!
