Parcel arrived but somethings never change it was damaged . So you change your name but standards are still low

Bloody awful service all round, don't even deserve the 1 star you are required to leave . Parcel is over a week late no update on tracking since you picked the parcel up, so it's just sitting in your sorting office. As for Calling them ? don't waste your time, I got some Numpty that didn't know his Arse from his elbow let alone anything else. Absolute Awful service

What on earth is going on ? Parcel should have arrived on Sat 5th Nov, message states you have it, so why is it not being delivered? Terrible service, I've had message saying there's a problem, wait 48 hrs , parcel at delivery depot, do you really know what's going on / where parcels are ?. Surely this is NOT how you run a delivery service....

Used to be ok but now deliveries are absolutely diabolical.

Abs awful service. 0 stars. Company should be shut down. 2 big children's parcels gone missing at their depot

Crap service looks like they’ve lost my parcel

I was told by EBay that my parcel had been dispatched and would be delivered Sat 5th November. I’m still waiting! ???

I tried to figure out where secure location at my address is

My parcel is missing, tracking says delivered to secure location, but i am not able to get information where secure location at my adress is

My parcel didn’t arrive. Tracking says it was being processed at the hub on 1st November. It’s now the 8th November. No news . Dreadful service.

Pleasant man picked up PARCEL with care as told him it's a tv. Amazon put the boxed tv in another large box with know sign saying its tv or fragile .

Parcel was return went smoothly. Absolutely no problems and tracking showed progress at each step, with the retailer confirming receipt. Have had many parcels delivered via Hermes and received via Hermes and can honestly say that I've never had a problem.

Parcel dumped at another address. Amazon marked as signed for and put in safe place. Liars. Had to leave a rating...but doesn't deserve any
