Very bad service and staff, steeling parcel

They never deliver and don't accept complaints

My item has been put on hold for 48 hours. 48 hours have gone and it's still on HOLD. worst delivery company I know. ?

Absolutely shocking service. No communication, no package, no customer care. Bloody useless company! Quicker and more reliable to collect from buyer yourself!

An Absolutely Horrendous parcel service

Got an email saying You picked up my parcel on the 31st oct yet your tracking states you are waiting on my parcel on the 7th nov where is my parcel then .useless service

No item was received by hermes. A card was left saying sorry i missed you and says on line it was left in outhouse, but i dont have one. Rubbish delivery that tell lies

Why you don’t leave my package with one of my neighbours as other delivery companies do??

Awful service. Fabricated delivery. When they were contacted was told I would have my parcel the next day 10 days later still no sign of my parcel

Says parcel delivered but nothing has.Not the first time i've had delivery issues with this company and i will never use them to deliver anything i send. I need to rate them before i can post this so i have to give 1 star...although i would like to give none

Says we weren’t in and parcel has been delivered to neighbour … but in the details it says it’s in the depot. Waste of time. Wish I could give them less than 1 star
