Discusting company!!! Never send a messege about delivering! Didn't leave any notice that they were traying to delivery the parcel.

Poor over 48 hours late on delivery with no contact saying why there’s been a delay

What a joke of a company bought a set of car mats for my new car. Bought brand new Nissan lat Saturday car got delivered before the car mate. Hermes you are a joke this is 2022 and you can’t deliver a parcel in a week . Had to put one star should be a minus

Left instructions where to leave parcel they can't even get that write useless company amazon need to get someone else to do it for them

When I order stuff and they use Hermes it's actually painful every time - the delivery drivers don't care about doing a good job and the company don't care about customer service, basically everyone is useless and I always have issues with every single delivery without fail. If I could give minus stars I would.

Worst company ever.

Bought a package on Amazon was sent out yesterday and apparently delivered to a neighbour even though we were in all day. No one on the street has it. This is complete fraud.

Was supposed to have a delivery by 8pm tonight as tracked it on amazon, nothing has turned up. Not very happy with the service

I am absolutely not satisfied, my grandson was at home, nobody was with me.It is not correct when you write to me that you will deliver the parcel and we are at home, waiting and no one has come.
