I really wish Hermes would read all these negative reviews and pull their finger out. I would recommend avoiding this company!!!

I'm home all day. Then I get a message that I have missed the delivery!!! Nobody bothered even rang the doorbell!!! Absolutely horrible. No way to call the local distributor either.

The parcel was actin my village on 2nd November and it still hasn't been delivered on the 4th. I will not buy goods that are delivered by Hermes in the future.
