Hermes needs to shut down. The worst ever courier service. And as for customer service, they are the rudest and most arrogant bunch of numnuts you could imagine. Shut shop and go home Hermes.

You said you had trouble delivering my package on the 29th. I am at home 24 hours a day so I do t see how there was a problem. Your drivers either didn't come here or tried the wring house. Please can I have feedback C00HHA0277979421

Ordered item on 27th October, was received by courier on the 28th. Should have been delivered today (03.11.22) and not received. 6 days in the warehouse and can’t be delivered on time.

Says parcel delivered and isn’t. No POD, another stolen parcel. Had I known the seller used Hermes, I would not have ordered it

Not proper response from tracking side

My parcel has arrived after 3 weeks after was sent of by sender it should been next day!!!! It's also arrived in different packaging to wot it was sent in by sender and there a hole in it and part of ot is missing absolutely disgusting

Apparently with courier at 7am 24th Oct? Still no update. Was due to arrive 3 days ago and nothing!! No update or tracking working. This company are the worst ever. No explanation nothing. I'm still waiting for my parcel...?

Absolutely shocking. Never on time if actually delivered at all. Never known a delivery service so bad.

Not a great delivery service. The only way i knew my delivery had arrived was my video playback on the ring door bell. Driver just dumped it outside my front door, whacked the bell not pressing it so it didnt ring then walked away whilst taking a picture over his shoulder. Have video if required
