Parcel at their hub now for 6 days, no update, and still no Parcel

Extremely late no info apart from were sorry no updates , need these items yo go on holiday with !!!

If it’s possible I’ll give them a negative 1 star review. They said it was delivered that day at 11am, but I also received another package from another company at the same moment. It only says it’s delivered to a neighbor, which is weird because I’m actually home and making lunch in the kitchen which is next to the front door. It seems like this company is making a delivery business into a thief industry.

the parcel was left with my neighbor, I don't know which neighbor, I live in a house with 10 floors and 40 apartments where he left the parcel, I have no idea, he didn't leave a picture! it's not the first time that I this happens((((((

Had no notification saying my parcel was deliverd , didnt even try my naighbours , i checked my cameras and they just chucked it over my high fence in the middle of my garden , a joke of a company , dont deserve any stars at all but had to put 1 just to put this through.

How this company still operates i don't know.they should be investigated.how can a company lose so many parcels?

My husband was at home and I don't understand why poor driver Chris was unable to bring my item. Always when hermes is coming is a problem. Royal mail, dpd or amazon knows how to bring the orders. In last few weeks the some driver lost one order. I never get it. Second one was opened. And now again similar way. Shame!

Stayed in all day for a delivery only to find out they can’t be bothered to deliver and will deliver another day instead. Fools !! Totally predictable and disgusting customer service. As usual !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Last time I used Hermes some of my things were stolen from the box. This time it conveniently says it’s been delivered to a neighbour but I received no note on the door and it doesn’t say which neighbour. Worst delivery company ever !

Hopeless, parcel has been 4 days at their centre, still not got the parcel and no notifications

Where's my package? This company is the worst...whenever their name comes up on an order I get a feeling in my stomach somethings going to go wrong and sure enough it always does.

I ordered on 14th Oct, expected date to receive it was 25th Oct. Today I still have no clue where my parcel is. I wish I could give minus star instead of 1 star on this review for Hermes UK
