Tracking is a joke. Been sitting on my package for 3 weeks. Raised an issue with their digital assistant, yet another joke.

Left a card saying they missed us no details on card used tracking number said its been delivered but no parcel here and no help finding it worse service ever!!

Terrible service was set for delivery on 29th oct all i can get is its been delayed do not use this company they are shockingly bad today is 2nd November still waiting for my parcel no updates on the tracking Hermes have no idea why or where the parcel is

Countless parcels stolen or damaged

I am missing 2 parcels now, its not good enough you are the worst delivery service I have ever had.

Absolutely terrible stated they tried to deliver on Saturday but no response yet at home all day 2 other deliveries on Saturday morning and at the same time as the second delivery so lied about the delivery and instructed to leave at rear of house by the shed gates unlocked for delivery but just stuck a card through the door and left card blank so can’t even call the person back to arrange collection or make sure that they know where to put the package absolutely awful would be better using a pigeon not worth any star rating

Shocking. Another non delivery. 9 days so far “processing” at their hub

Hermes definitely worst delivery service I have come across - hate seeing them as courier when I order something. They will leave outside door, don't check if anyone in

Still waiting for my Parcel tracking number is a load of nonsense. Saying it’s out on delivery been waiting since 24th for it. It’s a joke

Worst service ever . Left parcel in back lane which is never used . I'm disabled so access not easy . We were in as well so there was no need . Always problems with Hermes delivery service .

Parcel delivered to a neighbour. Really. They are all at work during the day. Photographic evidence where it’s gone to would be great. Or a card saying where it’s gone. Oh no, just a delivered email. When I read it it’s gone to a neighbour. Recommend not using them at all. Use a proper delivery service.

Absolutely rubbish , hate it when I order on eBay & find out this lots delivering

Everytime I order something and hermes deliver its always late, sorry but hermes are useless.
