Tried tracking my order says they tried to deliver at 10.05 this morning I am off work today and got up at 8am there has been no one at my door all day this company is a joke

Cannot speak to a human. Had forst delivery no one knocked. No one xalled my phone. Second delivery out and cannot contact them to make sure they call me or deliver with next door neighbour.

I've had so many issues with this company. I wish to god other companies would stop.using them. They're dreadful.

Hermes is a great company (Evri) I enjoy them delivering my parcels as I have a great chat to the lady that delivers them to me, a nice start to the day

Absolutely terrible service. Didn’t leave a card, had to get in contact with the seller, that had to email these clowns, to be emailed back two days later with a photo saying delivered to a neighbour. Photo was of a hair cut, loads of barbers near me, eventually found it after trying five different ones ! Pathetic and terrible service

Just wish our local driver would leave the item " in the shed " as my safe . I ask for this every time. Thus time the item was dumped over the fence, with no notification to say it was there. Good job it was well wrapped.

Unprofessional Very Bad Service

Absolutely rubbish , hate it when I order on eBay & find out this lots delivering…another lost parcel with no note to advise where it could …..

Always late and in some cases fail to deliver, poor customer service options too

Often left parcels at either wrong address or in stupid unsecured places, wouldn't recommend this service at all

People still keep using this company because they dirt cheap pluss once the sender as sent the parcel they just dont care what happens theve got there money

My parcel as been stuck at the senders local depot now for over a week worst delivery company all these missing parcels they must have a big sale every so often no wonder they can afford new vans

They have had my parcel 7days. Have sent 4 complaints to the useless automated options. Cannot get to a human. No reply to any of my messages. The supplier said they can hold it for 10days then let them know its 10 days over the listed delivery date. I bought it expecting delivery by the 25th oct. Not november.

I've been unwell in hospital and still here but needed a lot of items as I'm alone so had to make various orders from Amazon and on average they have lied 50 percent of the time saying it was handed to recipient aka ME, it can't be handed to me I'm on a ward and parcels should be given to the concierge or security at the reception, the address I gave and postcode is exact and I've added my phone number in case they need to call for help finding the hospital. Absolutely incompetent!

Terrible service. 2 day service, 4 days later still waiting. Never had a decent result from Hermes. They may be cheap but they are an example of 'You get what you pay for' - avoid!
