The delivery driver will not deliver to my address because of a misunderstanding about 2 years ago every time i get a delivery and its hermes she won't even put a card though my door ????

Useless company only got 1 star because I couldn't leave blank

Told by Amazon that delivery was today signed for by myself. Awaiting delivery nothing arrived and certainly not signed for by me. Have requested refund from seller as item not received.

Bad experience hope I never have to get a delivery from them again

Shocking don’t understand why people use these was told my parcel was being delivered on 25th October it’s now 4 days later still not received it and they never update the tracking I wouldn’t give them any stars poor poor poor

I'd give no stars if possible. Amazon tracking tells me that delivery was attempted at 5.57pm. That is 20 minutes from now.... I'm in the house and have been waiting for this package all day - no knock, no doorbell ring. Very, very poor - will be contacting Amazon.

Horrible took 4 weeks to say they delivered and I still ain’t got my parcel

10 days still not arrived it’s been at the delivery depot for 6 of them, my wife has been waiting for an item to be collected & she’s been waiting for that for over 2weeks!!!!! Thought Royal Mail were bad but Hermes takes the biscuit!!!!!!!!!!

They said they tried to deliver my parcel I was in the time they said but still not delivered it two days after

Parcel supposed to arrive by 19th October 22. Now the 27th and still waiting! Terrible service, I am surprised that ebay use them. Is there somewhere these undelivered goods are sold to pay for Christmas parties? It wouldnt surprise me at all!!!

It's a idiot company . I ordered sewing mashine and they played basketball ? over the tall gates.

Yet again...failed delivery, although we work from home... Always the same...absolutely shocking...only happens with hermes... absolutely wate of time
