Very poor service

Twice told parcels had been delivered when they hasnt been, security cameras as proof!

I’m not happy with Hermes my parcel was Supposed to be delivered yesterday but didn’t turn up even though on my tracking it said they attempted to deliver my parcel and now I can’t contact them to find out what happened to it

Absolutely ridiculous service! Why do companies use Hermes???? Msg recieved at 2.10pm say delivery at 2.37pm failed! They must have a crystal ball!!! Every time they're supposed to deliver something theres always a problem but why give false information!!! No delivery person called that day, nothing on cctv!!!

I'd give Hermes a big fat nil if it was an option! I was notified yesterday at 2.10pm that delivery of my parcel had failed at 2.37pm!!!! So they can see into the future!!! I did receive my parcel today and the driver was very polite!!! Hermes stop posting false information and get on with the job in hand!!! This isn't the first time I've experienced problems with them! I now try to avoid buying from companies who use these idiots!!!!

Worst delivery company out there have had my parcel for over a week still waiting for it this is not the first time I try not to buy from people who use this company

I would give no stars but you don’t get that option…weirdly. Rubbish, no parcel received, been told by the seller they broke it in transit, how do you break 24 bottles?? Something dodgy there!!!

Parcel delivered, plastic water bottle. Took 7 days to deliver & must’ve drop kicked it into the porch as broken. I don’t know why anyone uses Hermes they’re terrible

I ordered something from ebay on 22 October, and estimated delivery on 26th of October. Now it's showing your estimated delivery on 27th October , and now another big issue they told me your delivery time is delayed. And we were working on it. BAD AND WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . HOPE MY THING IS DELIVERED TODAY.

The parcel never arrived. And recorded as delivered and signed for. Appalling service.

Very Inresponsible , before buying something make sure it’s not thought Hermes because you ain’t gonna get your package with them.

Dreadful delivery service does not deliver properly or at all can be late too I had a message to say they attempted to deliver when I have been home all day

Terrible. parcel sent 9 October now 26 October still saying it will arrive by 28 October . Won’t refund till I contact them on 28 October. Doesn’t track from day it was sent ! It’s lost !!!!!
