Claims to have delivered parcel to address. We are all in and have been all day. No parcel has been delivered. Third time in three months Hermes has failed to deliver. Not happy!

I would have a delivery for the 21st.. until today I don't know anything about the order. not even the delivery company itself gave any recommendations. I go to the application and they say delivered when nothing was delivered... a bunch of incompetents.

This is a rubbish company and I had many problems with them in past. I always had to looking around my neighbours to find my parcel and it always was a couple of days after scheduled time of delivery.
