It would help if Hermes keep you updated on your delivery. which they say they do. And they never tell you anything. It's no wonder your out when the delivery comes. And they take it back. Please read your reviews. And then we might get a better delivery services. And it would help if you send texts to people to update them on there parcels. Like you say you do. Which you do not do

These are the most pathetic delivery company going. no time scale, no warning...nothing. definitely avoid at all cost unless you have no care in the world as to what time you shall be waiting in for. Useless is an understatement.

Worst delivery company ever!!! I picked a Parcelshop to deliver my parcel to but fir some reason it wasn't delivered there. Seriously what is going on? I also had trouble with Hermes before. Terrible, avoid this company ?

Unbelievable over a week and still not delivered or showing any movement I have over £300 worth of items with them this week and hope they all don't have the same fate orchis company will lose me 100%
