I send around a thousand parcels a year, the vast majority are with Evri. I do not use them because they are cheap, i use them because there us a drop off point a 20 second walk from my house. A few do get lost. A few take weeks and weeks to arrive. Mostly are delivered and fairly quickly. My only grape with Evri is their website, the lack of customer service where you can actually speak to a human and quickly. Often you go around and around not getting anywhere. They seriously need to improve customer service and respond to feedback rather than ignore any gaping issues with their system.

The web site is saying my parcel was despatched on 28/09/22 this is nearly a month ago and I still haven't received it.

Not a good service at all, never deliver on time or let you know what's going on. Whenever I see my parcel is being delivered by Hermes my heart sinks as I know I won't get it on time, waiting 5 days so far and no parcel. They Need to be better organized and get more drivers.

The delivery man is the best we have ever had. Look after him he give the company a good reputation.

I have always found Hermes deliver on time and Mark is a very friendly gentlemen, I am always updated on parcels whereabouts and estimated delivery timescale, I can't fault them for now.

Rubbish service. Parcel’s constantly left behind our bin instead of in our shed so the parcels are soaking when it rains. Always late being delivered. Still waiting for parcels that should have been here 5 days ago.

Dont know why i see so many bad reviews ive used these for years and never had a problem with them and i get a lot of deliveries.and large heavy orders aswel and there always friendly and helpful

Have gotten about 13 packages through them. There were twice they slightly messed up updating or the package was a little beat up. It coming from china I'm not so sure it was even there fault. Generally they are pretty good and even asked me in person if they can leave packages in my garage or at my door. Overall. Solid experience.
