always a problem with this company

Every time I order from Amazon and then discover Hermes are the carrier I know my delivery will be late, really is pathetic

Pathetic company they should not be allowed to run this screw up service. Parcel sitting for a week meant to be delivered 5 days ago. Shambles

I've never ever had a parcel delivered correctly by Hermes, today was no exception, they shud hav dropped it at my mother in laws, she was up and in the kitchen making a brew, didnt hear any knock on the door or nothing.
