Been months and still waiting , apparently they have it somewhere ?‍♂️

My delivery never arrived just got a email saying sorry very very very poor service

If the courier rang my doorbell I wouldn’t of missed my parcel I was in

Waited yet again for a parcel out for delivery, that changed status to sorry we couldn't deliver to you , we will try again on next working day , this company is a bunch of liars avoid using actually costs

Great service from the delivery driver in Northwood on the Isle of Wight.

My parcel is still missing,it's been held up because of *bad weather* errrr we had a bit of rain that's it.no reported flooding ect. If I had known that the company I bought my item from was using Hermes I wouldn't of bothered ordering.hermes your are terrible.i want my parcel.or my money back.im trying to be polite here.but trust me it's difficult. Get your act together.WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER!!!

Parcel should of been yesterday but sent to wrong department needed today, useless

This company is a joke expected my parcel Saturday, now Thursday and find out they have lost it! Its a surprise they still have customers

Personally I've not had a bad experience with hermes they have always delivered on time no delays not a problem my local driver is just fab

This morning I received massage saying that the item is delivered in secure place . I am home all day waiting for that but no one came to deliver the item . It is really annoying . This is my second time facing such type of worse with Hermes .

Still waiting for my order, impossible to get through to anyone at customer services, have emailed them to no avail,, no reply from any of my communication that I have managed to send, the only response I had kept asking me questions that were not related to my order then transferred me to a computer helpline, by this time I had lost the will to live, gave up and contacted the supplier of the said item to get a refund or new delivery, ( not with Hermes I hope )

Abominable service. Didn’t even knock hard enough for a family of 6 to hear you when they were in the front room. Left with a neighbor but didn’t even specify which house. Neighbor doesn’t answer ever for us. Plymouth UK Hermes service is horrific.

Lost a parcel they had collected on the 3rd October, just found out another seller has used them. God help me, not expecting to see it soon, absolute shambles of a courier. Avoid at all costs. Had to give 1 star as it won't let me submit with no stars, in fact should be minus 5 stars
