Hermes the worst of worst parcel delivery services

Hermes is a awful company, never follow simple instructions

Rubish customer service parcel over a week late can't can't get enny response or information from this rubbish company

If ur company was a football team it would be bottom of the conference league, and then deducted 12 points for been absolutely crap!!!!!!

Once again they manage to get nothing right, thank god for better companies that care about customer satisfaction. Shame the rebranding didn't rebrand their competence

Please God, never let anyone send me anything by Hermes ever again. My latest parcel was apparently delivered and signed for. Not by me or anyone in my street. Now what am I supposed to do?

Joke category. I ordered chairs. It comes in a package of two. one part arrived on Saturday, the other hasn't since??

Appalling service apparently can't find/get to my address!!!???? Parcel force & Yodel have delivered with no problems over last few days, Tesco delivery, postman,coalman have no issues Disgusting service

So my parcel has not been tracked since 11 october . What a crap service hermes has become. Why no update. I should of received on 18 oct 22 its now 19 oct 22 and no delivery.

Where is my parcel when will I receive it

Very poor I waited all day you never delivered you didn’t even leave a card saying you tried to deliver. Your van drove up our street twice never stopped. We are still waiting the delivery of our goods it’s disgusting service, I just want my goods. ASAP please
