Must be the must unreliable delivery service in the UK, I regularly receive a large number of deliveries from lots of delivery companies with no issues, only Hermes regularly let me down

Said you tried to deliver my parcel on the 11th nobody home I was in all day never tried at all to deliver it, Tracking system not up dated from the 11th can't get to speak to anybody as your system is crap.

Constantly getting messages everyday for a week now saying I’m not in and there is nowhere to leave it. I’m in a huge garage with doors wide open and here every day I’ve received the msg. Absolute joke of a company

In the house waiting for delivery. Got a notification to say that delivery attempt had been made. However my door was not knocked or my doorbell. Didn't attempt to leave parcel in safe place

9 times out of 10 my parcels have been delayed or never came it’s shocking to think u lot are still running someone needs to investigate all this coz to me it sounds more like u steal peoples parcels and keep them coz why els are so many people complaining about the same thing time after time it’s horrible us as customers should be able to get our parcels and u lot to just leave them alone !!

Received notification that Hermes tried to delivery parcel yesterday at 6.58 pm. Funnily enough as the person below also stated this notification was received approximately 30 minutes before the alleged delivery attempt. What is going on such liars. Terrible service. When will I get my parcel????

Got a notification my parcel had been delivered from Amazon. It hasn't I never left home. Suppliers should read customer reviews before using this courier too many bad experiences for this to be coincidence
