I received a notification from amazon the your Company attempt delivery 1 hour in advance of the time the notification was sent. Didn't know you were no time travellers so please don't lie. Your site said couldn't do that day. Just poor service and still don't have my package

Still waiting delivery it's been in there depot since September 25th saying delivery by 28th ,STILL WAITING OCTOBER 16TH .. Shocking service.

Your not worthy of any stars !!! And your tracking app is useless . You had my parcel at your facility and it’s still there !

Was delivered with out warning when said that was coming Wednesday 19th had organised to have day off to receive delivery, 3rd time using this service and poor every time! If I had a choice I would not pick this rabble to deliver.

Ridiculous company! I've never known a delivery company as bad - ever! Unbelievably terrible customer service. If I were you, I would try to steer clear from Hermes as far away as possible!

They have had my parcel for 5 days now and not even attempted to deliver I'm very disappointed and feel let down

The doorbell rang, in the time it took me to walk to the door the driver had left. My safe space is my porch but they still took the parcel and left no way to contact to rearrange delivery... ridiculous!

I now will not buy anything if a Hermes /Evie are due to deliver. I have 2 items I have been waiting for, for over a week and it’s excuse after excuse, photos of houses they attempted to deliver to that aren’t mine, fake claims of further attempted deliveries. Absolutely no facility to get in touch with anyone, lol be surprised if they last until Next Christmas because the level of service is disgraceful

Tried to deliver my parcle 3 times now, delivering to a public house after 6.30 saying cannot deliver as no-one was in, but we are open where is your driver trying to deliver too...... obviously not me

Said it was out for delivery and they tried to deliver but nobody arrived and the ring door bell never went off either

I don't know why businesses use Hermes. They are always late with my orders. Over a week late and still waiting. If I knew the business used Hermes for delivery i would have bought elsewhere

Due to unforseen reasons my package is delayed . Should arrive before the on time delivery date, 13 October. Still not put for delivery. Why hermes don't give further info and its near impossible to get to speak to anyone, even the online chat is a Bot, yet cannot reply to questions, only ask for post code and tracking then gives automated reply exactly as message from hermes to me.
