Caught the driver on CCTV stealing my parcel, which was a brand new phone from Virgin Media and now I've had absolute hell trying to cancel the contract, my credit score has plummeted because of missed payments for a phone contract I never received. CCTV footage sent to the police and I'll be claiming back all of the debt from Hermes/Evri +compensation for affecting my credit score. Virgin Media also seem incapable of cancelling the contract so continue to charge me month after month. Dirty low life delivery driver messing up my life. Scum!

Super disappointed at this tracking. It's the worst tracking I have had ever. When i want to track a item it says from 10th October it's now 16th October very very bad service if you want to ahve it tracked better try get royal mail as they can do it. Whereas this tracking sent me 2 messages saying ur parcel has arrived one on the Wednesday and one on the Thursday so I stayed home for the whole of the day on Wednesday and nothing arrived

To many of my parcels disappeared someone at the depot has them shocking business something should be done about this courier service I have had over 6 parcels disappear

Shockingly bad every single time which brother used the Royal Mail were absolutely anything other than Hermes

Usual days late delivery with excuses after excuses. How can this company claim to be a courier when they take a week to process deliveries.

Parcel should have been delivered tuesday 11th. Waited in all day and only late in the day did I an update was posted to say parcel would be delivered before 8pm. At 8:20pm I went online to check the status and there was another update to say the parcel would not be delivered until 14th. Ridiculous. Very poor service. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered my prom dress so it will come early so I can have everything ready. The dress came late so I could go I was so upset, they need to update on tracking
