They never gave me my order still to this day I have not received anything. I even went to their physical office they lost my order.

Drivers don't know how to use door bell, I was in all morning and if the bell had be used I'd have heard it. So the claim that was made that they were unable to deliver was total rubbish. A very poor service.

Delivery is non existent. Three days late already. Near impossible to contact them. Surprised they are still in business.

Would give 0 stars if I could. 2 of my parcels within 2 weeks reached Hermes and then went missing. Over £100 orders both. Hard to contact.

I have not received my order but it is showing as delivered! Where is my parcel? Why can I not call anyone to find this out? I would like a refund as soon as possible. Very bad delivery and communication.

What a disgraceful company - Amazon send a an update saying it’s arrived to my house- I’m in my house and no parcel has come- £900 worth of an item and you send it with this disgraceful company . Furious that no one helps you either -had to click one star would never give a single star
