All I can say is stay away from Evri worst courier ever

Worst courier ever you pay for next day no one turns up for collection waste of money and time

I have just received my order delivered by heroes it,was delivered by a very nice lady who normally delivers in this area she waited for me to come to the door checked it was OK smiled and said bye see you soon I hope and the delivery is a day early which I e- mailed about so thank you for the 5* service 10

Very bad service

My order was ment to turn up on the 2nd of October paid next day delivery its now the 13th still not received my order delivery never had a problem with this company before very disappointed

Absolute joke of a company saying my parcel was attempted delivery on Monday 10th October was home have cctv no attempt was made now on tracking say’s parcel delayed get your act together you never came sounds like you lost my parcel again absolutely atrocious company

The worst delivery company. Was waiting for my parcel up all night yesterday then I went in bet woke up and caboom your parcel is delivered yesterday. So where is it ? Always problem with Hermes all the time . You not gonna be better by changing From Hermes to Evri if you have people who don't care about other people's parcel you will be the sh**t company!!! There is no option to rate on 0 . Never had good experience with Hermes

Been sitting in their depot for 3 days now with no news on when I'll get it. Heart always sinks when I find out Hermes are the courier.

Says parcel delivered..no card..no parcel...where is it???

Disgraceful. Tracking info makes no sense. Paid full delivery price & still not here 6 days after it was supposed to be.

Terrible delivery company my item has been at my local depot since the 7 October on a 48 hour delivery expected delivery date according to them is the 10 not sure what time zone they are on. No wonder they keep changing their name now we can say they are EVRIthing bar reliable

Got message tried to deliver but no one home. Obviously a lie as both my husband and I home. We also have ring doorbell and no one tries to deliver ...probably wanted an early night

Been waiting over a week for parcel to arrive from local depot!

Parcel picked up 5/10/22 and still not out for delivery.

Terrible service parcel suppose to be delivered on Friday , Hermes said they tried to deliver it on Wednesday and couldn't because no one was in. We were in all day and no one called.
