If you want your parcel delivered Go to DPD or anyone else. Do not use Hermes Bloody slow that’s all I can say

Should be 0 stars!! Paid extra for next day delivery and 9 days later!!!!!! nothing Where are all these parcels going?? Think you need to UP your security unless you drive to the 'mysteriois vanishing triangle' R.I.D.I.C.I.L.O.U.S.and an embarrassment for your company..not 1 good review!!!!!!!!!!!!

Package dispatched 3/10/2022, still waiting 12/10/2022 with no correspondence from Hermes

Item "damaged" then "Lost" and eventually they removed the tracking number from their system, trying to speak with them is absolutely impossible The local currier is brilliant but they are incapable of getting parcels through their hub

Two of my parcel was not delivered after 2 weeks! Stop delivering items if you dont know how!!!!

I can't believe sellers still use this appalling courier. Every single thing sent via Hermes is lost as delivered to a random property in postcode general area. Struggling to understand how they are still operating at all given the reviews. How do they even find their way to work?

Should of had a parcel yesterday but did not turn up said it would be here between 2 and 4 but it did not come

Worst courrier ever. I have no words to describe their unprofessionalism. They send you updates saying that they have tried to deliver but that you were not in or that there was no safe place to leave the parcel or that there was no access … However, there is always somebody in the house 24/7. No card left, no picture of the premises left. We have cameras all over the house and they have never tried to deliver. Enough!
