Would give 0 stars. They broke my letterbox!!!!

My item was not delivery on the 6 october so were is my goods

Already late 4 days.how know how many more days

A bad service , no card to tell you which neighbour your parcel has been left with

The worst delivery company ever! They keep putting messages up saying that driver tried to deliver parcel , but couldn't because the building was closed. Yeah , building with 24h reception is closed exactly when Hermes trying to get in... Never ever again I will buy something from someone who uses Hermes as their courier.

On tracking, had the same "working to get it to you next working day" message for 10 days. Sender chased, was told 7 more days. Tracking message still same 2 days later. Useless.

Dreadful service purchased item on 5th from Amazon seller item dispatched same day my item die for delivery yesterday at latest by 8pm. I just checked tracking and item still at depot. I would never use Hermes as a seller nor to just send a parcel awful company.

Came to my house to deliver a parcel, knocked on the door then walked off, didn’t even give me time to answer the door before leaving. So another day sat waiting in case they try again, no card or info left.

Would give them -stars if I could horrible service.

Shocking delivery company . Wait weeks and weeks for delivery of an item from the day they receive it. They keep putting messages up saying ,driver tried to deliver parcel ,which is lies as I have been at home . Or driver ran into difficulties locating delivery address so had to re schedule delivery . Absolutely terrible service . Puts you off buying from anywhere that uses heroes as their courier . Wouldn't even give them 1 star but can't post review without rating them .

Getting nervous now after reading other reviews, hermes telling me they're expecting my parcel? that was over a week ago!!

Useless! How this company hasn't gone under is beyond me!

Always lost or late

My parcel says it still in parcel shop that was the 27th September not good at all
