My parcels seem to be delayed last week two were delayed still not received them Same again today two more parcels delayed the same seller Dorothy closet I will check in future who the courier is and I won’t use if it’s Hermes very disappointing

Lots of breakages don't compensate, been waiting for delivery for a week not updated on tracking cant get through on given number, they are the worst service, I don't send with them anymore can't control my incoming deliveries

Well what can I say...ordered something from Amazon for next day delivery..when I saw they were using hermes my heart sank...it was supposedly out for delivery yesterday to be delivered by 8pm....nope no show...got a message on the tracking at 9.15pm sorry couldnt deliver...will get out next working day...will it though pinnochio...heard it all before...sorry Amazon you should know by now cheapest delivery service with lowest customer rating doesn't work and customers WILL go elsewhere....

They recon they tried do deliver and no one was in liars as it a hotel with 24hr reception

Item sent on the 26th September..... 30th September...problem with delivery but will deliver the next working day....never received!!

Order was picked up by hermes September 22 provided a tracking number getting no joy from hermes or amazon total disgrace of a service close it down

Awfull the company just throws your parcel out side your door for anyone to steal just a awfull compny

The worst parcel delivery in the world. Always late. Tracking does not work often deliver to neighbours but do not tell you WHICH neighbors

Very dissapointed said they attempted to deliver 1st october went through my ring camera history no one had visited my property that day at all and i was home all day so why lie extremely frustrated
