Very bad service poor poor.

You've had my parcel for 5 days at the depot... what you doing with it ? Keeping it for Christmas for me ?

A most unhelpful card left after 'failed attempt' at delivery. A bar code that when typed in says contact seller. Why can i not contact hermes to get my package.. ?

Amazon said delivery Saturday by 10pm waited in all day it is at Hermes warrington still no sign of of when getting delivered back in work Monday i bet it comes while in work and not after 2 pm

Knocked on my door, the driver saw me come to my door, but had to go and get my key. Drive off after waiting maybe 30 seconds. Found the parcel thrown over my back wall lying in my dogs urine!! Never even tried to knock on my neighbours door. Just a shame I only have the option to give one star. I would of preferred zero stars. Would never recommend this company for any future deliveries.

Once again late by 2 weeks Awful. You can change Hermes to Evri but both rubbish

One of the worst delivery as they leave parcel at another house without notification

Delivery from Amazon not yet delivered although it was collected by Hermes on 3rd October,

Tracked my item stayed in all day for them then when I tried again it said there tried to deliver it know no did and sent it back to sender very bad delivery service

Everytime a seller uses you as courier the status always Says still awaiting your parcel when the seller has sent it. Been waiting for 4 parcels since middle of September you are a disgrace and should be stopped from trading

Parcel still not delivered, how does this company continue to trade ?

I've had issues with the so called delivery service on more than one occasion. I don't know how they have the nerve to name themselves after the Greek God Hermes? Aergia, the God of laziness and sloth would appear to be more appropriate. I personally would never use this company. I'm surprised they are still in business.
