You must have fairies doing your deliveries because you’ve told me you attempted delivery but you did not! And now I’m waiting in again for the third day for you to redeliver, even though I have no clue from the tracking when that will be! Also it would be really good business sense to have an actual person to talk to to get some reassurances, but no, you’d rather I talk to a recorded voice, then pass me on to the website, which tells me nothing, other than what I already know- I don’t have my very expensive order!

How are you still in business that is one of the 8 wonders of the world the only way I can see that you make any money is when you are so bad that you charge people when they want to complain from now on I will never use a company that use you as a distributor for my goods

Atrocious. Apparently driver delivered to my neighbour, but no card left. Neighbours don't have it. None of Hermes Customer service numbers work. Where is my parcel?

How is it... after all this time. YOU ARE STILL USELESS. My parcel was supposedly delivered to my outhouse... which i don't have.... coz i live on a first floor flat. Only to find my parcel left in the HEDGE outside the communal entrance entrance my block of flats SMASHED TO BITS.!!! Stuff missing as well. You are awful

As soon as I see a parcel is being delivered by the company, I’m diss appointed. Live in a village and yet all over companies can still deliver from morning, till afternoon, yet Hermes (Evri) always late at night, plus never knock on the door, they just leave it at door step, despite me raising this issue many times. No point in paying next day delivery when it arrives at 21:00! I avoid companies now that use there service but sometimes, I’m unaware of who is delivering, until I’m notified. Plus you can’t ever speak to a human being. Don’t know how they are still operating.
