Where is my delivery Stuff from China comes faster than your delivery over the same town !!!!

An absolute discrace of a service. Can't contact.online chat try to charge you 35 pounds a month to ask where my package is. How hermes still operates is beyond me worst company in Britain. No customer service zero zilch. I'm amazed at how bad they are

Disgusting excuse of a business. Processing parcel at the hun for 2 weeks- missing delivery of items for my own wedding. Thanks for nothing.

Email saying deliverd to neighbour but wich neighbour??????? Hat to go knocking on 3 doors b4 I found it ?

I have no clue where my parcel is . Dropped of with neighbour?? Which one it’s like 30 houses glued to each other, nobody is answering door. Would it kill you to provide house number??

Horrible service, still waiting for my parcel it’s been over a week it said there was a probably and still sat in there warehouse not even attempted to deliver, rubbish customer service no message/email to explain what’s happening or how long the delay is

Says delivered contact hermes they say seller didn't pay for right weight for the parcel so I've lost my money for the item because hermes said it was delivered if you check the tracking. They are a joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. I git my parcel from sports direct via hermes, had to send it back as to big, but the parcel was never returned to sports direct according to them. Now I'm trying to find out what's happened to my parcel & its absolutely impossible

Hi disappointed didn't receive an email or message saying you were delivering today as I would of sent back a safe place for you to leave it like I normally do. Ann boon

No updates, delivery over a week late, and absolutely no communication!!

Received an email attempted delivery, checked ring doorbell CCTV a completely fictitious delivery, tried to track it no updates since 04/10/22

Still waiting on several parcels picked up 2 weeks ago, I could have walked faster
