With Hermes you can't track your items. In France you can track every steps of the delivery. You don't waste your time there. Here rubbish

Delivery driver was rude over ring doorbell as I was at work and asked to leave parcel with next door neighbour guy needs training on how to speak to people wanker

Very good service

They said they attempted delivery but no one was home and showed a photo of our house. The photo was copied from google 4ths ago before we renovated. Complete liars!!!!!

Obviously depends on your local delivery person. Mine is fantastic - never have a problem

Worst delivery company ever ?

Always the same with Hermes - fictitious attempt at delivery and surprisingly no note left because they were never at the address

They are liars, three times they stated they attempted delivery when I was in the house each and every day they purported to attempt my delivery, they are liars, thieves and scan artists do not use.

I think Hermes is the worst courier service ever! Unfortunately it's been not my choice, some sellers and buyers platforms use it, but the only things they provide are PROBLEMS!!

Where is my order?,still waiting for it to arrive!

Received a message to say delivery attempted. We were in and waiting, nobody came. Still waiting the next day. Not impressed

Took over a week to arrive and looked like it had been run over several times. Box was containing lego and without a doubt some pieces have escaped.
